Job Descriptions: First Level Support Ticket Personnel OR NOC Team (Monitoring & Datacentre Operations)
Requirements: a. Graduates from higher learning institution (in Information Technology) with recognized degree b. Minimum CGPA of 2.5 c. Internet Savvy d. Knowledge in Linux Based OS & Microsoft Windows Server 2003 e. Knowledge in MySQL or MSSQL Database f. Intermediate in SSH Language (Linux Server Command Prompt) g. Experience working with popular hosting control panel (CPanel/Plesk) will help h. Ready to work in shift
