Welcome to our new storefront interface. We are looking forward to serve you better with our new interface & internal system. Our web now support multiple currency simultaneously so you may choose whether to be invoiced with USD or MYR.
Live Chat system also will be available during office hours in order for us to support you better & faster.
For existing users, you may login to your client area by clicking login menu, if your old username/password did not work, kindly click the request forgot password link so the system will generate a fresh login details to your existing account. All of your products & invoices has been transferred successfully from the old system to our new system.
As for support ticket system, it has been integrated inside our new system so if you wish to view your old tickets, you may still visit http://help.rocksoft.com.my. To submit new ticket, simply login to your account and submit your enquiries or you may also send email directly to our email addresses and our system will pipe it inside your account automatically.
